Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Speak Sell Win, operated by Waitlist Workshops, LLC (“Speak Sell Win,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit speaksellwin.com (the “Site”), register for a free live training, buy the Speak Sell Win course, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details you submit when you register for a training, join a list, or buy: your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Purchase details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, phone, billing country and postal code, and the amount paid. We never see or store your full card number.
• Anything you write to us, for example a support or refund request.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the page that sent you to the Site.
• Campaign data: the advertising parameters in the link you arrived on (such as utm_source and fbclid), stored in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so we can tell which ads and posts bring people to the Site.
• Cookies and pixels, described below.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

The Site uses the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel and the Meta Conversions API. These tell Meta when someone views a page, starts a checkout, registers for a training, or makes a purchase, so we can measure our advertising and show it to people likely to find it useful. When we send an event to Meta from our servers we send your email, phone, and name only in hashed (encrypted one-way) form, together with the cookie identifiers Meta set in your browser. Meta processes this under its own Privacy Policy. You can control ad personalization in your Meta account settings and by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser.

We also use a small number of strictly necessary cookies, for example to confirm a purchase on the welcome page and to stop a single purchase being counted twice.

How we use your information

• To deliver what you asked for: your training seat, reminders, and course access.
• To process payments and refunds and to keep records the law requires.
• To send you emails and, if you agreed, text messages about the trainings, the course, and related offers from Speak Sell Win.
• To measure and improve the Site and our advertising.
• To prevent fraud and protect the Site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that run the Site for us:

• Stripe, our payment processor, which handles your card and payment details.
• GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management system, which stores your contact details and sends our emails and text messages.
• Meta, for advertising measurement, as described above.
• Vercel, which hosts the Site, and the platform that hosts the course itself.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

Text messages

If you check the SMS consent box when you register, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Speak Sell Win at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of registering or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and purchase records for as long as you are a customer or subscriber and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting, and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from email using the link in any email.
• Stop text messages by replying STOP.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to team@waitlistworkshops.com. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Card data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
